2022 – Bright and early this morning the news broke that the Minnesota Twins and shortstop Carlos Correa the highest rated free agent for this year had agreed to terms on a three year deal for $105.3 million. Correa has an opt out after each year. The Twins have not confirmed the deal at this time. Twins fans are ecstatic about their new superstar who will  have the highest average annual value for an MLB infielder. Who would have thought that possible?
