2020 – The Minnesota Twins are busy working to get players and staff to their desired destinations. Most are headed home, some are headed to Minnesota and some are staying in Ft. Myers. Spring Training is officially over. This is according to a Dustin Morse tweet earlier today.

According to the paper, the New York Yankees have stated that the players voted to keep working out in Tampa. No one knows where this is headed, this Coronavirus has the world upside down and inside out. The NBA and NHL have suspended play as of a few days ago. The NCAA has cancelled the winter and spring sports seasons. High School sports all over the country are shutting down. The Masters has been postponed. Pretty much all sports as we know it, is totally shut down, I wonder what TV will air now with no live sports to broadcast.

1994 – The Twins sell catcher Lenny Webster to the Montreal Expos.
