2012 – The Twins and Phillies hook up in a deal and the Twins trade center fielder Ben Revere to Philadelphia Phillies for RHP’s Trevor May and Vance Worley.

2011 – The Twins announced that they have traded RHP Kevin Slowey to the Colorado Rockies for a PTBNL. That PTBNL turned out to be RHP Daniel Turpen. Turpen never pitched in the majors.

1979 – In a busy trading day the Twins receive second baseman Pete Mackanin from the Phillies and send pitcher Paul Thormodsgard packing and the also send third baseman Dan Graham to the Orioles for pitcher Tom Chism.
